Polka dots! OOTD

Polka dots will never go out of style.  We like to call this one, Timeless.  Lets start with the shirt, {Timing}, arm candy, {michael kors.stella&dot.etsy}, shoes {Toryburch}.  My black leggings are actually riding pants.  I choose to wear these over leggings due to the material.  I am not one to wear regular leggings with a short shirt so I came up with the idea of wearing riding pants instead for the "thicker" pant kind of look.  One of my major rules with fashion and outfits is if you are going for the "slender leg look" you MUST wear a loose shirt.  It does not matter how skinny you are or big, if you wear tight bottoms, loose shirt.  The same goes for loose pants, tighter shirt.  It really shows off your curves and still remains classy and gives you a little room to breathe :)

The Sock Bun

Okay, so I have seen the infamous "sock bun" look on so many girls and I had to give it a try.  This is the perfect hairstyle if you are running late and have absolutely no time for a blowout.  I used A LOT of hairspray and only one bobby pin in the back.  One thing I did a little different from the tutorial online was using a smaller sock.  Now, for the steps, First I put my hair in a high pony tail and then hair sprayed my whole head.  Second, I put the sock through my pony tail and pulled it all the way to the top and started rolling the hair down with the sock.  Third, once the sock is all the way down on your head hair spray more.  Fourth, any loose ends, bobby pin them up in places that are not so visible.  After all that, you should have a sock bun!
